  10. Just a thought ! If it was a sheep trough it could possibly be worms in the throat.Give them a couple of worming tabs. it can't hurt to try.
  11. I'm not saying he won't retrieve the odd fox ect. H.H. it's just that you can't put every thing a dog does or doesn't do on here.He is still young but somethings you just know from a early age he's not going to do.ATB U.B.
  12. I'm putting this dog for sale due to he does not meet my needs."This dog is a rabbiting dog only." He is 16 1/2 months old,26" tts,he has been used only on the lamp,he is quit in the kennel,he jumps, retrieves to hand and walks tidy on lead (no pulling). I know it's coming to the end of the season but this dog will make someone a excellent companion. I am looking for around £120 for him and he MUST go to a good working home. I'm in south wales near to EBBW VALE.You can contact me on 07974 784097.(I am awilling to meet with in reason) NO TIME WASTERS OR DEALERS THANK YOU.
  13. Your mates mate is a right plonker. It's a dam shame you are so far away other wise i would have took her in and give her a good home.Cann't see any dog out in the street or put down for no reason.Good luck with her rehoming.
  14. Aren't the RSPCA great, they have let down many a dog in need, but are still always begging for money. Yes what wounderful people they are.I know a young lad near my who nearly had his fit, healthy dogs taken off him by them all because they had a report that they was not being walked and kept locked in.They won't take a dog in need but try to take the fit and healthy ones WHAT BAST**DS
  15. Mine were the same [i have 2 5/8,3/8 bull/greys 7 months old]What i done is to find some broken down fencing and take them over that a few times for them to get use to it and then took them over one slightly higher and so on.Now they clear a full sheep fence plus a strand of wire no problem.Hope this as been some help
  16. Sh*t mate, cold, wet and miserable and to top it off another good thread gone to the dogs yet again
  17. Don't fancy feeding them big boys
  18. yes as above, but just a little tip that works for me.Try tyeing string to the dummy when the pup picks it up give it a gentle tug and call the dog.Try it in your house first, then the garden and so on.
