I find pissed up football fans as irritating as anybody else, but from what I've seen so far it's been local football thugs and Russian thugs attacking England fans. I know a lot of you Irish lads will go out of your way to stick the boot in anything English, but this time I think you should wind your neck in until you really know the facts. -
I read it when I was 20, 26 years later I think I would struggle with it more. From what a can remember I at best I understood a quarter of it.

I just bought a reconned FS400 from a bloke that repairs this stuff for a living and sells second hand gear. It cost me £210, which going by what's on eBay is a good price. Very similar to your recommendation, just a bit more powerful.

The guys from Egham mate.I just want one to clear the occasional over grown allotment and maybe the odd job of people's gardens that come up. Is a FS55 man enough to take a brushcutter blade and work effectively ? I guess with Stihl at least it's easy to find someone to repair it.

I've got one of them too, from what I've read they are a bit hit and miss. Mine has been a pig from day one, I spent 2 hours trying to get it going yesterday and finally broke the pull cord, so I will bin it. Shame really as it doesn't look that bad really, I must have bought it 10 years ago and it's sat in the shed most of that time.
