I'd say a lot of terrorists have some kind of mental health issues, doesn't excuse their actions or change the fact that they committed acts of terrorism.     Just done that for a laugh. Sausage casserole and fish and chips I was talking proper nutrition mate. Fresh protein source, low GI carbs, mono and polyunsaturated fats, fibre, leafy greens with plenty of vitamins and minerals. And that needs to be varied. Every day. Not just a handful of meals what you keep rotating. There's healthy eating and there's healthy eating. It's rediculously expensive to eat healthy compared to eating junk food and that's the point I'm making. I've just spent £14 on my tea in morrisons, the missus brought a load of frozen shit what will last her a fortnight for the same amount.     Following me buying a second hand Stihl FS400 brush cutter, I was wondering what type of strimmer line is best and what diameter I should go for? I also need to buy a brush cutter blade, it will mostly be for tall grass and weeds up to the size of bramble bushes.     I heard on the radio the Russians look to have done martial arts and as well as being uniformed they are not drinking and are carrying gum Shields with them.
