With billions years and a vast empty planet for it to happen on, why would such odds seem impossible. The other option is to believe in something thought up by man with no scientific theory behind it, with even lower odds of being possible.

But the difference is the vast majority of scientists believe in evolution due to the sheer volume of supporting evidence. On the creationists side are a handful of Midwest scientist that rarely have qualifications in relevant sciences and a book they have blind faith in. I have watched pseudo scientific documentaries by such people. They start with a premise that the bible is fact, then they desperately try and shoehorn supporting material into the story. It was so far from science that it was utterly ridiculous.

All it would take is for people to have an average of two children.But why only two? I've two biological an one step daughter an I wouldn't mind another one or two, just cause big corporations an elite are polluting the world doesn't mean we all have to have small family, the love of my children is greatest, an I wouldn't mind a bit more love.So I take it you own nothing that is manufactured, don't drive, grow all your own food? Anyway the populations of European countries would be stable if it not for mass immigration. Many of these people lack the IQ to be able to regulate their reproduction in relation to their financial ability to raise these children. Intelligent people tend to have as many children as they can successfully raise, which usually not many. If the average European has two and the average Muslim has six, that means the Muslims are tripling there population each generation, whereas the indigenous European population is falling This worries me most.

Krav Maga is quite a good option for someone a bit older, the most physical part of the lesson will be the circuit training before you start practicing the combat itself. It is mainly close contact grappling, relying on technique more than strength and speed. I think it's a very effective form of self defence.

LIke i said its about being realistic theres certain goals he wont achieve due to the ageing process/inactivity you describe......outright pure strength and aerobic capacity is not one of them in my opinion......it all just takes longer. ive just started biking , i try to do 12 mile a day , as long as i do 1 - 1 1/2 hour a day for 5 days , and it 75% up hills , so getting out of breath alot . i not in bad shape for my age (64) yeh old fart lol , i am just under 6ft and just under 13st , not loosing any weight, but bloody hell i go out like a light when i go to sleep, i am tired

I have never seen much difference between people who follow religion and those who don't. The most religios family in my street who are at church at least every sunday and had the pastor round a lot are the biggest criminals They were busted for benefit fraud and organising sham marriages two years ago. In the end some people need clear evidence to believe in something, whilst others don't.
