Im not adding fuel to the fire here but science is mainly based on theory. For example Einstein came up with the whole gravity theory (which I'm not saying as wrong) and many other scientists have given supporting evidence. This doesn't not mean that his theory is 100% correct. Science and the bible are very similar both provided theory and many followers provide evidence it's just which one you believe Science theories are constantly questioned by scientists, religious people have no theory, they have belief in something that has zero evidence that it is true. Good luck to Christians, but I can't be so self delusional as to make myself believe in an imaginary friend, so that I feel more content that someone is looking out for me. There's a few things there Id disagree with,overpopulation is the root cause for the price of houses and mass unskilled immigration keeps the working mans wage low,not austerity measures. But the selfishness of government isn't going anywhere anytime soon. The lack of trade union power plus relentless austerity measures have led to stagnant wages in the UK. It doesn't matter how many workers are applying for a vacancy as long have a solid union insisting on proper wages and conditions. I pressed most of my apples yesterday and filled a 5 gallon fermentation bin. The OG 1052 and the PH 3.14 so quite acidic but hopefully there will be malo-lactic fermentation to smooth that out and give a scrumpy flavor. I used Harris cider yeast and nutrient, I took a chance and didn't use campden tablets, I read there is less chance of acidic cider spoiling. I will probably press some sweeter apples later today, just to fill a demi-john and try that with some ale yeast.

it did not help things when councils sold off there council homes for a pittance to tenants that sold them on after a couple of years,over a third of all council homes are now owned by rich landlords If they had sold them for enough to build another house and actually done it, then it would have been a good idea. I could have bought my nans house 25 years ago for £26,000, place is worth £350,000 now, I could have afforded the mortgage on apprentice wages back then.

It's not relative down here. My first flat was 3 1/2 times my salary, now the same flat is 12 times. As for consoles, we went out all weekend on the piss, a lot of youngsters now stay in and use Play Stations.
