I have just become dissillusioned (spelling ?) with the whole world, and im not going to blame the yanks for that Just seems like everyone is always trying to get one over on everyone else, no one seems happy with their lot these days? A copper sittng in a car doing his job gets blasted at point blank range in the face,not very nice. I hope Raoul does come out all guns blazing and the cops waste him,or even better, some cop snipes him from a safe vantage point. Got no time for scum like this.

I would love to hear both sides of the story regarding 'the troubles'. unfortunately its such an emotive subject that it always ends up getting deleted. Thats a shame because all we ever get is biased press reports.

Me and my father were fishing the whiteadder, he was trying to get his greenwells glory under an overhanging tree. Cast after cast fell short of the mark. Nice fish mate. I normally get the boat out and do a bit spinning,works well Kielder is midgie heaven, i always try to go when its a bit breezy as i find it keeps their numbers down. One word of warning if you take a boat out, dont stand up in the boat. We were fishing up there and my mate was standing up in the boat fly fishing when suddenly, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, this low flying jet came over and, if it hadnt been for my son grabbing the other lad, he would have been in the water. Yeah well said Maltenby, i can live with that. Though the thing that bothers me is that normally a trophy hunter is 'bigging himself up' by what he does, and i dont see many real hunters doing that,its just what they do. And i guess the thing that worries me is the way that a trophy hunter needs to kill a beast because its for his collection,or because the beast is a rare breed or type? To me, for example, an albino crow is a wonderful sight, and something i've seen only once. Would the trophy hunter see it like that, or as the next victim on his kill list? Too many guitar heroes to mention Ive been through a lot of them in my 46 years,rock, pop,blues, soul,funk, metal. They all bring something to the table in their own unique way and im still trying to use the stuff that they play to better my guitar playing. If i had to pick one type of music or guitarist it would probably be Gary moore. He's not technically as fast as some,he may not play as well as some,but my god he is good at what he does.

Lamping a field last season and i had given the little bitch a long slip,off she went chasing mister rabbit. Next thing i know a horse has bowled me over and im down in the mud,the horse is stamping all around me and im thinking 'shit,im f****d here'. theres going to be a lot of robberies,muggings etc. directed against football fans simply because they are unaware of the kind of culture they are in. Most of Africa is poor therefore anyone with money on them will be a prime target, its not rocket science. I wonder how many people would think an apology would be good enough if it was them or their children or some other family member that had been abused? The pain and suffering,the indignation and humiliation. The anger and hatred abused people feel towards their abusers. Most of us can only guess or imagine the ordeal,some have lived with it for a long time. Some have taken their own lives because of what happened to them. Others have a lifetime of emotion to deal with. That is the reality. Abusing children is wrong,and anyone who defends the abusers,or hides the truth of these deeds. .

Thanks for the replies lads. Im not exactly sure when he first joined up im still researching that bit. I do know he spent at least two years in the middle east area and was in jordan around 1957-1958 after king hussein requested help from the British government. From Jordan he went to Cyprus and spent some time there. I hope if he does come that the people show their disgust at what he and his followers have done. There is no excuse for the cover up,you cant preach to people about doing good and then abuse their children. The truth is they have destroyed thousands of young kids lives. Those kids have lived with guilt,fear,anger, and a feeling of betrayal,from childhood right through to adult hood.
