    Its typical of the type that frequent this site, the run has obviously served its purpose and the guys trying to make a few quid, if you dont want it dont buy it, but dont give the guy a hard time for trying to sell it.

    My favourite pigeon recipe is a warm sald of pigeon breast and black pudding. Been doing it for years then Fook me did i see Ramsey cooking it on tye F word the other night.

    I totally agree, there are enough people out there who despise our sport even though they do not know why, they think we are cruel and heartless, thats not to mention the antis, the LACS, RSPCA, RSPB etc etc. This posting will be just another tool for them to beat us with, thinking its funny for any animal to suffer beggers belief, yeah i shoot, but i do it for sport and i eat what i shoot, any animal that is not killed when ive shot it is dispatched in a quick and humane way so it does not uneccassarily suffer. You should be banned from posting on this site for this post and comments.

    A team was the only programme i know of where 5000 bullets could be fired and no one had a scratch on them, reminds me of our shoot where 200 shots can be fired and not a pheasant hit, maybe its not so far off the mark at all . Chips was my favourite as was starsky and hutch. My nomination for Mr T would be will smith, a great all round actor that could pull it off..

    Ive been making quite a lot of potted pheasant over winter, always have loads of pheasants available and this is so easy to make roast the pheasant breasts in olive oil with some smashed up garlic stil in its skin until cooked but not dry then leave to cool fry some finely diced onion with some chopped up garlic until cooked but not burnt mince the cool pheasant breasts in a food processor until quite fine put the minced pheasant in the pan with the onion and stir till its all mixed together, season with salt and pepper and finely diced mixed herbs if you wish. this will now resemble a

    Absolute tragedy, my ESS is the softest most biddable dog ive ever had but i would never leave any of my children alone with it, no one knows how dogs think or what triggers them off, wouldnt ever take the chance. RIP little one xx

    No worries, wasnt so long ago i was in the same boat, started beating on a shoot near where i live, now ive got beating and shooting coming out my ears, dogged determination and the odd game pie & plenty of sloe gin for the lads helped lots 2 lol.

    Tried both the pups tonight on some tinned puppy food quite finely mashed up, they were a bit apprehensive at 1st but then they took to it like a duck to water, am feeding them when the mother is on her walks so as not to have her distract them and to ensure that they do not need to feed from her as much. Is this the right thing to do?
