  1. The scores as requested Rob: Si Pittaway 54 - SFS HW98 .177 51 - BSA Ultra SE .177 Total 105 points. Rob Hampton 43 - SFS HW98 .177 53 - Daystate Panther .177 Total 96 points. Aaron Friend 46 SFS HW97KT .177 50 Daystate Airwolf .177 Total 96 points. Steve Watson 46 - SFS HW97KT .177 46 - Weihrauch HW100KT .177 Total score 92 points. Gary Friend 47 - Daystate Panther .177 44 - Daystate Panther .177 Total score 91 points. All credible as the wind was pretty tricky today on round 2 and you really needed to think about the shots well
  2. You shot really well Rob , Especially with a rifle that wasn't properly zeroed. Your HW98 is a cracker buddy, once it was zeroed it was driving tacs. I actually think it cocks even smoother than mine . Si.
  3. I would just like to thank all that attended today for a great morning of shooting. Some really good scores scored with both pcp and springers in a tricky wind on round 2.. Here are some photos from the morning. Lets hope that more members will start and come to these mini comps. Si.
  4. Good to see the Andyz meister getting back on board. If going to be a cracker with alot of new comps setup.. Si.
  5. You don't have to pay that much mate. Sandwell also do a stage 1 tune which really does change the rifle. I have a stage 1 tune on my HW98 and its just perfect, also a few lads on here have had stage 1 tunes on their 97s and they have shot amazingly. A stage 1 tune is around £, but well worth the money. A tuning kit will still be at the cheapest £45 to 50 quid and I doubt that you will get it like Tony gets his tuned rifles mate unless your very good with air rifles like AndyFR on here.

  7. LIST Si - BSA Ultra SE and HW98. Aaron - airwolf and hw97. Gary - Panther and Panther.
  8. Come on lads, Bring your best springer and best PCP for a twin comp at ODP this Sunday. Same rules as last time. If your interested then put your names down on this list. Si. LIST Si - BSA Ultra SE and HW98.
  9. PM sent now Nigel with my number again. Si.
  10. Yes Rob, go for it as Ill be shooting mine so we can have a mini 98 comp. I think the 2 Mr Friends should do it too so we could have a mini 4 SHS HW98 comp. Ref Sunday Aaron, me and Davy have already said that we are going. The HW98 less silencer will be making a attendance
  11. Thats it Rob, youve hit the nail on the head. With almost 90% of the kill zones on the bottom course being right at the top of the knock down. 1 bit of over range estimation and you get a creamy one. The top course for a .22 shooter was much better.
  12. I enjoyed it too . A very good setup, but a long day if you live north. If you live in the Midlands and above its a fair old drive. The 2 courses were very well designed and challenging, and the wind, mud and rain made it even more challenging . I did rubbish in the morning, even managed 5 doughnuts (yes 5 feckers) and my lowest ever HFT score of a massive 32 embarrassing points on the bottom course, but then went on to score a nice 41 on the top course which for me i was well happy with shooting a .22 springer. Defo worth people trying to make the next one if you have not
  13. Nice one Stuart. You may find because your rapid is longish and you have a silencer fitted, it best to raise the ir module and screen slightly to prevent ir picture flare. Its because the ir bouncers off the silencer. Si.
  14. He regged my older Ultra FOC too Rob after I did him a favour too. His work is brilliant. Highly recommend. Si.
  15. Roll on the 3th November. I hear the sound of the HW98 growling already to be released from the cabinet.
  16. Ken, Ill be in contact with you in a week or so buddy ref the place. Me and Davy are up for another crack. Hopefully this time all is clear with the venue and that its not double booked. Si.
  17. Agreed VM 110%. A Ultra will match a HW100 or Daystate for accuracy any day of the week. BSA barrels are some of the best in the world. Its a fact well known. Maybe at the HLF meet in Oct ill be able to film a demo of LJs Ultra SE against any pcp there for benched group shooting. I dare say now not out of big headedness that her OTB Ultra will match any. Brilliant rifles that are super accurate.
