Well done Steveie, Yes that is what you were saying pal, but in a confusing and too technical way for most newbies, thats why i explained it at a lower level. 35 years of shooting you must be pretty good then. I look forward to some of your threads pal and photos. Best wishes for the future Zini

Videoing today for the new Extreme Air Rifle Hunting DVD
zini replied to zini's topic in Airgun Hunting
Thanks all for the support. I started Dylan at about 7 or 8 mate and he is 9 now. He can already tell fox and rabbit runs and sh-t etc and knows how to skin and gut rabbit and breast pigeon. He also can shoot ok to 10 metres with a air rifle. He wants to extend but I think that he isn’t quite ready yet. Chimp for someone with a name that is supposed to be a intelligent, interesting and active primate, you are actually a irritating, boring and extremely dull person so either be nice on here as you don’t know me or go back into the jungle and chew on leaves because at -
A brilliant write up Davy (Fred Carter) mate The 45 yarder was a lovely shot and the video footage was spot on pal. You keep shooting video footage like that mate and ill be out of a job It always warms me to see someone who knows what they are doing with a sub 12FP rifle shooting at bunnies at long range. You seem to be very efficient Davy with the rifle so i applaud you friend for your skill and patients . Keep up the great work lads Zini.

Newbie, Ive just released my first DVD yesterday. Its 65 minutes long and full of hunting action if your interested pal. Email me at simonpittaway@yahoo.com Its £10.99 for the DVD in a plastic case or £13.99 for the DVD in a proper printed and all singing and dancing box. Zini -
Young, The cure for this is as follows 1. On the left / right turret of your scope. 2. Either with a allan key or small screw driver which ever your scope has take off the turning part of your scope turret. 3. Under the turret will be a tiny allen key grub screw or screw. 4. Loosen that grub screw or screw a couple of turns and replace the turret. It works as i fixed Reggaemans scope about 3 weeks ago with the same method. Good luck Zini.

Hi all, I went out for a couple of hours with Dylan my 9 year old son and Zini the Patterdale terrier today. .177 calibre Vostok Russian springer a bit on the permission and I wanted to walk the terrier and let him bush some rabbits to keep him happy and keen. After a long walk with the terrier and a session with the boy plinking at cans and bits of rubbish at 10 metres because that’s his max range at the moment we decided to have a drive around the permission and see what was about. I got out the Weihrauch HW100KT from the boot and set up my video camera as usual. I have de

zini replied to Countrykid's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
If you want a all round air rifle that will be accurate, consistant and reliable then i suggest you get yourself a Weihrauch HW95 mate. You wont go wrong with a Weihrauch. Zini. -

Cheers guys for your interest and support. Si -
Hi Sib, Cheers for the nice comments mate. No the Weihrauch HW100KT is not heavy mate infact i find it lighter than the R10. The 100KT is really quiet mate and very accurate. Wuzzy seemed to like it anyway. How are you getting on with your Air Arms? Ive repleid to your email ref the DVD too. Thanks for your interest mate. Si

His AA 510 is doing around 11.8 FP mate and hitting very hard. At 30 metres it was almost going straight through a 3/4 inch of plywood. Zini

Hi Donny, Both are good ways to fill up a PCP. I sold my cyclinder and now use a FX satge 4 pump with the gear system. I filled up my HW100KT at about 0300 hrs this morning in front of the lads that i was shooting with and it took no longer than 1 minute from start to finish. A normal bog standard PCP pump nothing fancy will fill a Ultra in about 1 to 2 minutes i reckon. The best person I know to ask on here is Reggaeman as he has a Ultra and S510 and uses a pump to fill them both. A cylinder needs testing every 5 years which costs £34's. Also a cylinder obviously needs

I've told you Tony the offer is always there to come up and bash some bunnies and squizzers with us mate. You just need to get some wheels or a lift and I'll have you smashing squizzers and bunnies all day and night long Chris and Kev, I'm glad that you enjoyed last night. The pleasure was all mine . Si

Steveie, I think that you need to get out more mate and shoot some more vermin God knows what you have just said in Chinese but it sounded technical. Probably too technical as it sort of lost its point. We all know and understand what Phantom was saying, he is respected highly on this site as a regular and people only need to look at his posts (806 of them) to see that he fills game bags and knows how to shoot straight. So regardless of (this or that) he knows where to aim, either high or low to nail vermin. Here is an easy guide to what I think Steveie was trying to say

Yes Ferret, The R10 has one of the best regulators currently out on the market. It is designed by John Bowkett so I'm led to believe who is a master when it comes to stuff like that. The R10 chronos at a very consistant 11.5 FP with hardly any variation. We are talking 5 or 6 FPS over a 50 shot average. Zini.

The nearest thing i would say looks wise is a FX Cutlas mate. Zini
