this might sound wierd but boy is it nice this is what you will need meat off 2 rabbit backs sliced & diced 3 and half cups of cornflakes 1 large egg 2 fluid ozs milk half a cup of plain flour 2 chicken oxo cubes crush cornflakes in a bag with a rolling pin then put on a plate,beat the egg and milk in a bowl,mix the oxo's into the flour in a bowl 1) dip the diced rabbit into the flour mix 2) then into the egg mix 3) then into the crushed cornflakes 4) bake for 10-15 mins @200c/gas mark 6 or shallow fry 3-5 mins [attachmen t=57476:s7301093_web.jpg]

it didnt go to well today we did about 15 sets and only got 3.one ferret killed in twice but it was to hard to dig them out so should have had 5. but its beter than staying in the house with the wife.

hi all ive just started going out ferreting with my dad and loving IT LOVE THE FORUM.

i simmered a rabbit for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours choped some mushrooms,red onion,red pepper and 2 carots fry the onion,mushrooms,pepper and carots on a low to med heat for about 10 mins in a little oil then i striped the rabbit off the bone and added it to the rest in the frying pan fryed it all for about another 10 mins then i made a bit of gravy up and put that in left it for about 5 mins and served it over home made chips. l o v e l y!!!
