  1. If you keep the dog in the house then give the dog a good wash all over as well as cleaning the cuts after he's been ratting. Rats piss absolutely everywhere and as you know rats are filthy dirty bast*rds.
  2. I think he means chanelling out 6ft Yeah thats how it looks to me. Oh well at least the young fella ain't out robbing handbags to buy smack! na that was only abit of the dig lads i didnt have enough spaceto put the others on No worries mate, if you read some of the more experienced diggers posts you'll learn a good bit about the sport. All the best for the future.
  3. Yokel that is spot on mate! z1000steve - I've got mine in the house, and it don't get in the way with their work ability, they are either grafters or not. Its just as Yokel said though, if you've got a family they will get attached to the dog as it will be a pet to them, and when it comes back half lashed out of it, the odds are the pan lids will be upset and your bird will have a good moan at you. Mine did, and still does so just a warning if you are going to have a working dog in the house like.
  4. Fair play, a nice bit of ratting is a great crack.

  8. DeadLock it would probably be best if you just PM'ed Ian B and asked him directly if there's something your not sure on, he knows the laws better than most by the looks of things and probably would of put it all in layman's terms for you.
  9. That Smasher looks a serious dog, well done mate!
  10. If a jobs gotta be done then the jobs gotta be done. If he's been asked by the owners to get rid of a pest, then I don't see how anyone can moan at him for doing a job that the owners would get someone else in to do if he refused to do it anyway. Fair play to him I say, he's got a job to do and he's doing it.
  11. I like the look of them, dogs for certain jobs.
  12. Blimey, I'm surprised you're not retiring yourself with the amount of digging you've fitted in this season lol. You've done a grand ol' job of it this season mate, All the best for future seasons and with the young dogs! PS. That Russell looks rock solid.
  13. There you go mate, if she's proven her worth to you in the past then it was only fair you gave her that chance. I'm glad you did, and its good to hear she is back to her old self again. Best of luck with her!

  17. From what I've seen the coats are much better on dogs that are outside in kennels rather than those that kip in the house.
  18. I've only ever used the Bellman&Flint one but I thought it'd be better than what it turned out to be when I first used it. Still it does the job and I ain't complaining.
