    I agree that anyone that comes to this country and becomes a contributing member of society or someone who is born to immigrant parents has the right to be called British. The colour of that person makes no odds to me what so ever, but at the same time these people must take on the culture of the native British people in order to really deserve to be called British!     It doesn't surprise me that their membership has increased off of the back of the QT show. They treated Griff' just as the government have been treating your average native Brit for years by not listening to him or giving him a chance to voice his opinion. When people feel they are in crisis they'll band together, and that's what you're seeing now.

    Do you have to deal with multiculturalism in your day to day life? Islam isn't the biggest problem in this country and but it is a problem, to deny it would be/is detrimental to society. As a matter of fact I do....I can have chinese on a Monday, indian on a Tuesday, italian on Wed kebab on a Thurs and a good ol full english every morn. I buy food from Asian and Muslim as well as British shops.....and on a Sat I can go down the local mosque for a game of bingo and a cake bake...members of my extended family are married to Muslim Italian English & I believe even a Native Amer

    That is spot on! I'm not against a multi racial society at all!!! but a multi cultural society just doesn't work well enough! If the majority all came here and took up our values and there wasn't the big differences in culture I'd bet good money on it that there would hardly be a problem!

    Sorry AFT, if I gave the impression that I was denying that, then I apologise. The point I was trying to make was that it's not as prevalent as the kind of abuse seen in the documentary mentioned. And I'm pretty sure that the supply of drugs is not limited to Asians; there are plenty of white pushers and pimps out there; probably more.
