    A PUG 19TD ENGINE WON'T WORK BECAUSE OF THE ENGINE IN THE PUG TILTS BACKWARDS TO PUT IT IN TO A VITARA THE ENGINE WILL HAVE TO BE STRAIGHT,THERE FORE THE OIL PICKUP WON'T WORK,ALSO THERE ARE ON SIDE MOUNTINGS,THE EXAUST IS THE WRONG SIDE AND IT WILL SIT TO HIGH AND THE BONNIT WOULD HAVE TO BE MODIFIED.IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PUT A DIESEL ENGINE IN THE JEEP YOU SHOULD LOOK AT A FORD THEY WILL FIT WITH THE LEAST OF MODS. P.S. YOU DIDN'T SAY WHAT ENGINE IS ALREADY FITTED?IF IT'S A PETROL WHO EVER QOUTED YOU £500 IS RIPPING YOU OFF AS I REBUILT ONE TWO YEARS AGE COMPLETELY FOR LESS THAN £250[N
