  1. I disagree with that statment but I am very much a shooting man but nothing beats the trhill if a good dog catching the fastest, biggest rat of the day as it gives the splatters( people with their implement of choice ) the slip and is heading for cover
  2. £11 quid for a 20kilo sack at local petfood superstore and £13 for a 20kilo sack at local feed merchant/poultrydealer but we are happy to pay that bit extra to a small local business rather than a massive superstore.
  3. I have a camera and have pics on comp but canne get them on here. i need to take the 3 week pic sometime tomorrow. pics will be here soon.
  4. Cheers mate. They are 3 weeks old tomorrow. I double posted because I was writing it on my new (birthday last week) iPod touch from a nice little barn window ledge sniping point on one of my farm permissions. I was taking advantage of their friendlyness and asked for their network code lol

  6. Can someone post a pic of the one that is legal to shoot please because googleimages comes up with all the differant types of gull even when you type in specifically lesser black backed gull.

  8. The only gamefarm that can offer me a job is too far away and I would have to stay there which would be pointless.

  11. The anti biotics do generally work for kennel cough but i think its more to sooth the symptoms rather than get rid of the virus. the vaccination i think is either put up their nose or in their mouth when they are a pup. its not an injection like other vaccinations. If you ever want to put him in boarding kennels he will have to be vaccinated against it or they wont take him.
  12. Im just practising at the mo but i might be doing some 2-3 mm steel kennel doors in the future.
  13. Cheers mate. helps a little because i now understand what watt/volt i need for my rods and the steel i will be welding.

  15. Hi all. we have just got some chickens in the garden and are getting on well with them (2 or 3 eggs every day ent bad for 5 point of lay birds) What i want to know is that we have a cherry tree down the garden and the ones that arent ripe keep falling off. would the chickens be okay to eat them. they seem quite happy to eat the ones thatr fall into the run, stalks and all but would this do them any harm because they have a small hard stone in them????
  16. At work (boarding kennels) we use trigene for cleaning shite, blood, pish stains etc and pine disenfectant to get rid of the smell. If its really bad (like full of shit everywhere) we use thin bleach. hope this helps. Also trigene kills the kennel cough virus as well as MRSA and many other bugs and nasty things you wouldnt want in a kennel.
  17. Just got back from estate clay shoot and has a sore shoulder. fired of 100 20bore cartridges, 100 .410 cartridges, 100 12bore cartridges and about 70 28bore cartridges and 2 shots with a 12bore muzzelloader blunderbus. brilliant fun.

I am Rearing them in a small rearing shed in my garden and will be keeping a photo diary updated every day on here. If you collectively decide you are getting p!ssed off with it then I will terminate the diary. I will Keep it updated from day -1 to release. here are the first few photos.
