    No mate that's a muntjac would alright, sadly I have seen too many of them and paid out too much to the vets for the repair work. Muntjac bucks are very tough and very dangerous little feckers with big and absolutely razor sharp canine tusks. wow . ive heard about them but have never seen 1 . are you allow 2 hunt them?

    i used to have one she was as mad as a meat axe she was a punk rockers dog before we got her . held the pigs on the snout no fear. she was awesome r.i.p jess

    thanks guys. i spent almost 2 years living in the uk in 1999 -2001 mainly in london but spent a month planting trees in kinlock rannock in scotland man there is a few red deer there. i went out this morning and my 2 dogs found this boar.

    good to see ya on here,, i love the kiwi way of life its the best. i spent a few years in ashburton area shearing,, best time of my life,,did a good bit of pig hunting too good on ya mate. big hogs down there in the tussock

    hi all i found this site the other day and am enjoying seeing how you guys use your hounds over in the uk i have been hunting all my life but have been running dogs on boars for 16 years now. i have added some photos but im not sure if they are allowed on your forum as we dont have the govt and people who dont have a clue telling us how we are allowed to hunt in nz. great site cheers nick
