    hi had a couple but good one for ya about 10yr ago out lamping saw 3 deer went of in hot pursuit down a lonning running as fast as i could pitch black it was. saw gate open went to get passed it didnt realise the barbed wire fence across the path got caught up on it was hanging upside down. eventually me mates helped me of had holes and cuts on me stomach and down me legs ouch.

    hi JPT try standing over the dog on a short lead sometimes works but afterall its just the dog getting excited

    no difference rabbits hear more than what they see on the lamp.had no problems with mine

    hi JPT dont know what kind of lamp but try find a scrap yard near you and buy a used battery even for a spare take a tester with you and see which ones come up near what amp hr it should be.most of these batterys are used in alarms and get changed every 6 months so very little used.anyhow the last one i got was 14 ahr and cost me 3 quid and lasted for hrs on a 55w bulb ok.

    thinking of changing my bulb in my lamp.do they make a h3 bulb in the brighter lights that you see on newer cars so instead of having the yellowish beam like in older cars it would be brilliant white is this possible

    hi i ave had a good 4-5 mins on a hare some yrs ago now think around 2003 when me dog was alot younger it ran that long me lamp went flat glad it was on the way home but still awsome

    hi jpt me mates just got a lightforce lamp its not bad but theres something about the beam i cant get away with.also its a 100watt bulb if they come with 50watt they would last forever just seems to eat the battery.clulites are just crazy ok for seeing where you are going but the beams a bit skinny and to long must try and design my own

    hi i use a different type and ave 4 batterys the back comes of and is easy to replace battery and at 1mill candle power good stuff

    hi a mate of mine shot a rabbit at 220 paces with one of them gas guns reconned it was at 50 ft lbs tho i never tested it.but did see him shoot a crow that was 100 yrds away of a chimney pot nice shot
