Brilliant thread. Deffo one for the all time mentalist Top 10.

Unfortunately all these points only apply when it suits them. A quick question, am I alone in thinking all the airgunning mob are total fannies. They are all mental. I would guess that a large chunk have airguns because no one will counter sign an FAC for them. I could never understand who would spend over £1k on an Airgun when a tricked up 10/22 will do everything and more for a lot less. I digress

My roses are coming on a treat with this thread... And so many picnics that are a sandwich short. All this living off the land, zombie apocalypse and there is no property nonsense doesn't go down too well with the civil courts or plod. Just remember if you are involved in a legal case and get a letter from the Court, sending it back because you didn't ask for it is pretty much the most mental thing you can do and won't help your case that much. Indeed, that would seem bleeding obvious and having just typed it all out, I'm amazed I've had to type it out. Mad as you like.

I think Wilf's spot on. Incidentally, I got a tax demand through today for payment in January, but I sent it back un-opened because I didn't ask for it and of course I don't recognise (or rather I have just closed my eyes and put my fingers in my ears whilst shouting 'la la la I can't hear you' to) the concept of paying tax. Obviously come the end of January I will try to pad out my bizarre and irrational views with 12 pages of flowery packing and nonsense and stick up a few photos. When the HMRC bailiffs come round I will quote them some nonsense off the David Icke forum and what some

Oh man this is the funniest thing I have ever read. You got a formal notice from the Court but you sent it back because you solely determined that a Court hearing wasn't necessary. Are you on the proverbial crack pipe? I should print this thread out and put it on my roses - I've never seen so much flowery BS in my life.

On the mobile with lots to do atm. I think this warrants a proper response and attention I can't expend right now (irrespective of, and overlooking the insinuations it contains that others could find insulting lol, I believe we're all insane in varying degrees, just some are better at hiding it than others). So hold that thought, will get back to you when I can. Cheers. It was a simple enough question about Court proceedings. Did you attend? If you were on good ground (pardon the pun) did you Appeal? Why not just accept you were wrong, it's not your land, that you shouldn't have b

Milegajo - was there a Court hearing that gave rise to the Court Order for Possession (that was then enforced by the Bailiffs)? Did you attend? I only ask as the person / people who evicted you would have had to demonstrate entitlement to possession and satisfy a Judge that they were entitled to the land and possession. Having done that, you might understand the reluctance on the other side of having to entertain your requests especially given that you confess that you don't recognise property ownership. I would also hazard a guess that the bailiffs only let you have your cara

This thread has to be a wind up right? No one can be that stupid, self righteous and so full of the brown stuff. If he had simply bailed the night before then he would have been "up": 1. one year's free rent 2. one caravan 3. one truck .... and the landlord would still be wearing a legal bill, a bailiff's bill and wouldn't have anyone with an address to go after. Christmas dinner with the facist land owning conformist slave to the wage in-laws must be a real treat for them. No doubt you can spend all Christmas telling them how you occupy the moral high ground in everythin
