  1. thats him at the front of the picture, not stopping him
  2. he did it in december 2010 at 9 month old jumping barbed wire fence, if i had done it myself he would of had problems due to where the cut was, the vet had to make the four slits t the side to stop the tension in the muscle making the leg to tight to run on when healed, aslog as i kept the scar moist it was going to be easy for him to tare it open when running, hasnt stopped him so far (touch wood) took 3 -4 months to come good

  9. nice looking dog mate. there must be loads of accidental crosses out there catching stuff. Surely anything thats half sighthound could catch the odd rabbit?anybody else know of any accidental crosses? my parents have its litter sister aswell, completely different looks just like her father, but wouldnt catch rabbits with her mouth, shed stad on them instead lmao
  10. jack russell x collie/whippet, was an accidental mating of somone my parents know, for there size they can shift and catch there share of bunnies whether it been bushing or in the field, never lamped them cos had beddy x's so
  11. all depends on the maturity of the dog, all breeds of dog mature at different rates, i personally started my first working lurcher a beddy cross at 7 month old on a few easy rabbits, picking his runs so that he was almost guarenteed the catch so to speak, id only run him on rabbits that are squatted or if you do a bit of ferreting or know anyone tht does, get ya sel out with them and let the dog have a go at some rabbits that have been netted but obviously letting them go in the middle of a field first. all the best mate
