If it was DVLA then car that got clamped had no tax and probably no insurance or MOT either and there's a good chance the owner didn't have a driving licence and/or hadn't passed his/her test as well. I just hope it's your car or your kids that one of these arseholes ploughs into and not mine. idiot,what a thing to say Really?
