  3. I know this has nothing to do with lurchers but i was asked a question and have posted this in answer. Hope it helps. This first picture is of one of my American Akita's, He's a rather big boy, with big bone and good structure, has a heavier coat. The second is a Japanese Akita. It is small and finer boned. But still a nice dog in its own right. The ear set is also slightly different as are the marking, americans commonly have a black mask where japanesehave eurgiro makings (they have one colour on top and look a different, mainly white colour from below)

    Donators

How do i donate? I'm happy to, i know how much time, effort and money goes into running a simple website, this is a complex site that takes a damn site more work. Why complain about £5?! I dont blame the man for taking it offline. There are forum rules that are clearly explained, if they are not followed then a punishment must be issued, if that fails then a drastict measure must be enforced. It would have given everyone a rather rude awakening, and hopefully now that ianb chose to carry on, handing you this vast amount of information, links to friends and other things on a gift wrapped plate
  5. cheers all Good looking dog you got there, hope you find him a good home.
  6. The programs you need to find your lost files can be downladed for free, if you look up software torrent websites you may find some there and the info you need on how to download. It sounds like your computer has "restored" itself to an earlier stange where it didnt have any faults. It does this sometimes automatically if it isnt shut down tidy or if a files goes bad. Ive had one do it recently, which is why i keep al important files in ne folder and i write it to disk every month or so, that way nothing is totally lost. Another way to avoid this is to buy an external hard drive that plugs int
  7. Okay so im not a professional or anything, just giving an option that i found works a treat. If you can get a crate/cage/sturdy box, cover it so the dog cannot see out, put this somewhere with a plug socket and plug in a radio or tv, turn on, not too loud but loud enough to drown out a little of the noise (avoid channels with fireworks on though, my mam did it once only to have some big firewrk display on the tv). Give them a little bachs rescue remedy as well, it does work. They feel a little more comforted when their in a small hidden space and if they cant hear the noise too clearly they ca
  8. I personally prefer a lightforce enforcer with the battery pack. Its easier than having to carry the battery separately, and you can always keep a spare battery in the car.
  9. Ive been out a few times with the other half now and have decided to have a go myself. Got a little bit worried when the site shut down, thought oh great, there goes my info, but its back so im happy. Im from near Merthyr Tydfil. Oh and bore dda justin.

  17. Cant beat Pie and chips to put a smile on everyones face. I made a really nice Pheasant pie whilst away in the caravan. It quick and simple to make, i'll write it down below. 1. Remove breast meat and dice (if you can get any more off go for it, i generally keep the legs for another day). 2. Give it a quick swill in a colander, and allow to drain. 3. Using a non-stick frying pan..... put enough water in to just cover the bottom of the pan and heat. 4. Chuck in the meat and gently fry in the water with a little salt (and pepper/onions if you like it) until it is sealed. 5. Get a pie di
