J.A Its my dog, my boyfriend put him on.... he's caught a few, he's a bit big for a quick turn but he was good on the hares (pre ban of course lol) he's got plenty of stamina for a big dog. He enjoys working but i didnt get him to work, he's a really well bred deerhound in the kc world, so he's mainly for showing... we take him with the lurchers now and again for him to have a bit of fun and to keep him fit. Im quite surprised how good he is at catching them.... for a dog of his siz

oh an just so that you know.... PADDY has never jibbed.... and he hasnt been sold as a rabbiting dog either... he is still with us, where he will remain until the day he dies (which i hope is not for many years) he has earned his place in our hearts a million times over.

3 litters between us in 10 years.... and one of the bitches was already pregnant when we had her.... i think that makes us pretty lame as far as puppy farmers go like. I had my new puppy today, he's 18 months old, hasnt been out yet.... he's coursed a few bunnies and looks pretty keen, worried though that he might be a bit small What do you think?

okay.... at the risk of sounding really stupid... are slow-worms and grass snakes the same? I used to catch a lot of "little snakes" when i was younger, there used to be loads around me, havent thought about them for years though, might be none left now.
