  1. well my gran, bless her, made my lurcher a coat as she said she looked cold in the kennel when she was looking after her so gave me a coat she had made until i buy one (she then told me she was going to give it to the big issue man before me...charming eh) well does anyone know where i can buy a one that will fit a lurcher to shut my gran up as i already get 24/7 lectures about why i shouldnt hunt, went in to local put shop and they didnt have one that would fit properly as my dog was just simply the wrong shape
  2. bad luck, im sure the dog still had a great time
  3. looks like you had a good night, its been 3 full moons in a row ...i need a game carrier, my mate lent me one but it got over heavy for little old me so i just left rabbits at every gateway and got them on the way home...shame its up hill all the way home though....also the landowners labrador thought it might be funny to grab the rabbit we had got on the way there from me, and with me on one end and it on the other it dragged me all the way in to its kennel luckily the landowner poped in the house and the rigger boots came in handy ..........those gamecarriers cause nothing but trouble with me

  7. So lets get this right, they have to be docked before their eyes are open....but it has to be proven they are to be working dogs.......so out of an 8 dog litter the breeder has to predict which pups will make the grade as workers and which ones wont ....and how do you prove a dog may make a worker one day !!.....they really need to think these laws through before they make them sorry i ment proven that they are intended to be working dogs
  8. tryed it last night as the rabbits were getting used to the plain light, he also bought a blue and orange one and is going to get a purple one i think but its all past me

  14. Read the thread starting a lamping pup, I teach mine to jump, if they are trained to return when the lamp is knocked off, they will come back, then cast enough light for them to jump back. aye she comes back as soon as the lamp goes off.....shal search it now
