I think you're right as there's been alot of grown on Tadpoles and small frogs around the edges over the last few weeks. I think one I caught was'nt far off shedding its skin as it was pretty dull with its eyes smoked over, the size difference is unreal, I caught one a good deal thicker with a bigger head than the one in the picture.

You're right Millet . one I caught smelt well bad, it also played dead and put its head to one side with its mouth open and tongue hanging out, I gennuinly thought it had pegged out through shock but boy did it move when I put it back down.

Hi All For the last few weeks I have been taking the kids for a walk in some woodland around one of the farms, everytime we have been in there I have caught a Grass Snake! on the last occasion I spotted no less than six and caught one, they seem to always be around a small lake in the woodland. Its great to see so many in one area although they do let off a fair smell when caught, has anyone else come across any this year? Cheers Tony

Can't say I have ever heard of any of the things you quote Mike. Had mine for a couple of years now without missing a beat , If you go on this site there's alot of Pajero Mechanics who speak highly of the 2.8 compared to the 2.5, Its worth a look as these guys know their stuff which is why I chose the 2.8 in the first place . http://www.pocuk.com/forums.htm

yep 2.8 is a chain drive dont have to worry about belt snapping 2.5 is belt drive..... Hello Jamesy You're right. I looked into these motors before I brought this one and the 2.5's have a rubber belt but the 2.8's are chain driven. Its got some real grunt in it and will also quite happily cruise at 70mph, the other thing I had to have fitted to bring the Insurance down was a Selca Thatcham aproved Imobilizer, when you show the Insurance company the certificate that come with it you'll get a much better quote plus alot of Insurances won't touch the car without it .

You're dead right Pat. I told the lad we was off over over the meadow and I could see he had bottled it before he got back in the cab, the meadow is more like the swamp on the "Hound Of The Bastervile" film covered in swamp Grass than meadow, he got about 30 feet into it and bang! he was sunk to his Chassie, I though Feck it and carried on going cause I can't stop now and cleared the lot, I then had to take a short cut with four of us in along the edge of a plouged field which was soaked to get to the farmer to drag out the Landy with his John Deer Tractor 4 x 4, it fecked alot of the day

Hello Tarmac I have owned this Pajero for a good couple of years and its been perfect for me and never let me down, I went through some boggy meadow land last year with another lad who had a old Landy and he got stuck but the good old Pajero powered straight through no sweat, I'm not blaming his Landy I think he got stuck due to going through far to slow near to a standstill, the good thing about these pajero's too is they are loaded with adjustable suspension <Soft/Medium/Hard>, Climate control, Locking Diff and Hubs all from the inside of the Veihcle via a seperate gear lever, its

Nice one Baldie Its the same here. the part of Norfolk I live in used to be Grand. you could still walk for miles and not see anyone and if you did it was only a glimpse. its shagged now though! there's houses going up all over the place and 90% of them which are houseing association are Foreigners! they now run the f*****g joint, I have a mate who's been on the houseing association list for year and when he did finally get one they stuck him in one of the worst dives imaginable, But if you drive around this way where the new estates have been put up I don't need tell who has moved in the

Thats bang on For a small town where I live the stabbings in the area has gone up ten fold. there has always been Punch ups which would be settled the usual way as most lads in the UK know how, the problem now is different races have different cultures which clash with our, when they fight and they lose or get invloved in a brawl the simple way out for them is to stick the next person with a Knife, the thing is they know no different its in their make up. One of the most crazy things I read was during the latest conflict in Iraq sadam released prisoners who had been done for Rape, Mur

This is not meant to cause offence so I hope it does'nt get Binned. its a link generally showing what a state this country is getting in, its sad to say it but the countries like a sinking ship which is over populated and going to the dogs under this Government. God knows what Blair is doing but he is selling us all short one way or another, what do you reckon? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/arti...in_page_id=1770
