With the summer now coming up can anyone give us some ideas on meats and Recipes they use? Last year I saw a recipe which consisted of adding one bottle of Smoked BBQ sauce to a pan, 1 chopped onion, 2 table spoons of Honey, and 1 can of bitter or lager, <I used Caffery's >, bring to boil and then let it simmer until the onions soften.
I did some pigeon breast and the normal BBQ stuff like sausages and burgers for the kids and all of these dipped or covered in the sauce above was well tasty, I also tryed cooking some burgers on the BBQ and then let them simmer in the sauce for 5 mins
