    Hi Everyone Was contacted before Christmas by a young lad called Warren. He lives in Chesterton, Cambridge. He had been told to get in touch with me so i could get his Border terrier started for him... To begin with i thought it was a wind up from someone who may know me, but after talking to him for a while it became obvious that he was quite serious in his attempt to get his dog going. He really did make my day... He kept on calling me Mr as he asked me a hundred and one questions about working terriers.     Just to say well done with the book.I bought it for me and my lad Danny who is 14 and mad on the dogs.Lurchers and terriers that is.He doesnt read much but he read your book in a few nights. I just wish there had been books around when i was a kid like this one to give us some real advice and guidence. It took us a few years to find a decent bitch with many wasted.I think you were lucky to have started with a couple of good ones.Ive tried to teach my lad to see the reality in dogs and never lie to yourself or you end up with a kennel full of rubbish.Im getting on a bit now but i would like Da

    received your book ...very nice, good quality,well written,good pics brought back many memories ...i started out my hunting days the same as you hunting the railway embankments,ash tips ,sewage works etc hunting the railway lines in the square concrete tunnels used to run the cables through made me laugh ....we lost count of the rabbits we caught in them.....dug 10 feet one day on the railway with the local footie team playing below us ...one of the lads that started the dig was playing ......stopped digging ,ran down ,played his match with us above him and then back on the shovel again.,stu

    Says your from Belfast mate..????? The only one taking the piss is you mate putin that on the thread..... If you want the book buy it ...Proof of postage costs can be enclosed as i have stated previously !!! I dont set the postage costs....... The post office does that . If you cant afford it BOY ask for your pocket money to be put up....You might have to wait untill your four and a half for that though ....By then they all be sold .... Yeah i am straight up unlike yourself judging by your post.....Thats why ive written a book...Not to make the post office wealthy.

    Never been this popular...not sure if i like it...Had a lot of people sending me PMs regarding the book which is great as all of them have been positive with great comments on the quality of the book . The problem is my inbox keeps filling up quicker than i can read the messages due to lack of time i have at present .     When you are caught up taking care of your mates and countrymen I'd still be interested in a price and payment option(s) for those of us in the states. If I'm reading this correctly, the price quoted is GBP, yes? If so, the total would be $64.90 USD Should have stated that over seas applied to Europe to send to the states would cost £16 P+P my apologies. Regards Johhny
