    How will you measure the in between? Dead is dead. The only difference I notice between 11.5lb and 28lb in .22 is the flatter trajectory on the 28, both poundages flatten rabbits. The 28lb is a fair bit louder.

    My biggest problem is keeping things small, I use the Bonsai method, I too, can't help planting up every pot and spare bucket, and I moan every time I have to water them, but I'm an addict.

    You could always have a custom stock made, and dump the one stock fits all.

    You only need to decant if you go on a plane, or put it in the post, other than that. I've got the first cylinder that came out with the bayonet filler, and that's never been off the gun since I bought it, and not had any problems, the air I put in my gun is dry from my divers bottle, cant comment about stirrup pumps.
