Ok folk,this has been a difficult desision,but one that has to be made! We got this Dog from a friend who is ill,my lad has had him out rabbiting and seems to know his job. Problem is last week he killed the neighbours cat and they are now threatening to tell our landlord how many dogs we have,which is more than the agreed 3! So we are down sizing.Money aint an issue,but he must go to a good home.A donation to a lurcher charity would be nice though! Right-abit about him,please dont shoot me down im new to Lurchers! As far as i no he is a saluki X, he will stand about 23 " tall.18 months

Hi,due to my ill health unfortunatley i am having to sell this pony....here is a bit about him. Welsh sec B colt,11 months old,chestnut with 4 white socks,has passsport. I have shown him in hand this summer and has done fairly well.He is a pleasure to work with-very quiet,but can be cheeky,as with all colts.He is walked out on the road daily without a problem,and travels fantasticly well! We get chicken carcasses from the local butcher-fantastic for the dogs coats but we also feed brown bread,pasta and veg.Too much chicken can cause protien poisening

Make sure you go out with pup,not just chuck it out on its own,our lurcher pup just squeeled at the door but then we started going out with him and waiting till he did the business.Now he howls at the door to be let out!!!!!Hes only 10 week old

I know just how you feel.We had a rotti from being 8 week old,he was quite protective of me,when the ambulance men came after i took really ill he wouldnt let them near me Then one day i was walking him through our field(which he had been through tons of times) and he took it upon himself to attack a lamb-never done it befor! I went to get him off it and he went for me! I ended up in hospital ...again! He had to be put down right away,he may never have done it again ever but i wouldnt risk the chance-it could have been my boy that got attacked and i couldnt live with myself if i re-homed h
