they well worth making mate, the 1 thats in the photo was our first one, was well heavy due to what materials we had to use, but that ones staying where it is, platoon has made another one now out of better wood and its lighter if you wanted to move it to a different spot on the farm,i got photos of the tree we shot the last lot of crows out of, its a sitty tree and every morning they flock there in anything from 5 to 40 birds, there was no good spot to put a hide that was comfortable so we built one that can stay there, platoons hide is in a better spot again, only

good question, russels being ruined this day and age with so many breeding for cash, i know of a few russels which are used some below and some just above, 2 russels spring to mind which are great dogs below ground, 1 of which has been used on plenty of bitches and all pups have turned out handy tools, the other russel i have dug to myself on countless occasions, and the lad who got it keeps quiet about it and i been telling him to get it on a good bitch, back to your question then though, its not easy is the answer, finding a russel pup is easy, and finding some gr

thats the only time i go nite fishing now mate is in the summer, like you said, cast 2 rods out and sit there comfortable waiting for a conger, i had myself a 11lb bass a few years back fishing for conger, had a few smaller ones since then but nothing double figures, used to fish cardiff foreshore until they put up the factorys there, to much of a walk for me now, usually black pipe in the summer, car is only 2o yards behind you and always chucks up congers, also porthcawl pier for a bit of fun to use left over bait up, i will see if i can find

where do you fish to mate, it was a good trip, plenty of small fish coming on, small rays, small codling and plenty of whiting, onlu problem for me was i was cold and tired, we was on the boat at 8 in the morning and the nite before i had been out clubbing and then came home for 12, then went out lamping at 12.30 until 6.30 in the morning on rats with the airrifle, then jumped on the boat,roll on summer i say, the days when you was catching good cod are well gone, going back 6,7 years ago we was catching plenty of cod up to 12lb in weight on the

feeding rabbit's to your dogs

In my experince, i have never found the need to worm every month, when feeding raw. example,come home from lamping, dry the dog off if wet, fresh drinking water, chuck a rabbit in with the lurcher, still warm usually, go to bed lol, worm mine every 3 months, always have done,been doing this for 20 years, never had a problem, same goes with russels and other breeds of workingdogs, as for bringing the rabbit back, mine brings it back with in 10, 15 feet of me, as he dont have much respect for rabbits they usualy dead,or going through the last phases,he does not mean to kill the -
red filter is by far the best, but they can see it,lol, trust me, maybe not so easy as a white, but for one thing for sure, they can see it, we have been out lamping on some well windy nites, with the wind direct in our face, but places where rabbits have been lamp shy, and put the red on, on poewrfull lamps and not to powerfull lamps, and the moment it comes on, off they go, last nite went to a new farm, sure thing, put the lamp on, red filter as well, we carry a blitz, and i run a dog, and my mate takes a rifle, so we first sweep each field with the lamp which
