    Hi All, After a bit of advise. I have been offered an Axsor .177 for £200 less than 12 months old. BARGAIN me thinks. Can the barrels on these be swapped to make it a .22? All help gratefully received.

    Cheers lads. The SMK was a sack of poo when brought from the shop however I have do a few mods and sods here and there and think it is a good little gun now IMHO. Its a shame they don't take more care when making them, then they would get better press. Any way back on topic my question was what is needed for the FAC licence? Is it the same as a rime fire requirements?

    What is involved with obtaining an FAC for air rifles? Is there any problems anyone has had? Ive got two guns SMK QB79 can currently do 16lb and a webley FX200 which is around 26LB when turned up. All guns are currently below the 12lb limit at the moment. All info gratefully received. Cheers

    you could be onto something there mate, there is a few massive eagles that fly around there. rarely see them though Dont think theres eagles in Northamptonshire LOL probably buzzards or Red Kites if your over Kettering / Corby way.

    Bollocks mate, I know of people and firms who charge for rabbit control in your area, and they get paid. Why? because farmers and landowners are sick of all the cowboys going on and just messing about, they would rather pay a proffessional a price and get the job done properley, within a fixed timescale. Well said!! If your going to do a professional job then you should be paid. If your going to do recreational shooting then you should pay.     I've just been sitting looking out in the garden watching and watched 3 crows come down and raid nests in the garden next door. I understand BOP do some damage but I am sure its not just them. As said before BOP like buzzards are lazy and dont want to chase they would prefer to drop on to a carcase laid somewhere. If you see a buzzard on some thing then I would put money on the fact it was already dead.
