  3. Hi mate. Iv got a BSA Meteor in .22 caliber. I have had it since the age of 8 and i am now 15. I have take Feral Pigeon, Wood Pigeons, Rabbits, Crows, Rats, Mice, Squirrels and other pest. It really is a fantastic gun. I had a scope on it, but due to most of my shooting with the air rifle was done in barns sheds and around farm buildings, i preferred the open sights for quick aim and shots. The best shot i done with it was a feral pigeon with my mate and a farm up the road. It was sat on a farm building on the roof approx. 65yds away and i had the open sights on it, I aimed about an inch o

  6. Just ignore them, besides our sport, getting out in the country side, doing what our ancestors did and doing a favor to the farmer, is much better that what they do. Sit at home watching tv and eating shit. Well done on the nets btw way matey, they look as if they have worked a treat.
  7. i normally go with a mate with a Mitsubishi L200 and WHAT a beast. This thing will go anywhere and it a very quiet car. It also has many cigar sockets that yu can plug your lamp into. A majority of the time i go on foot, but when i go in his car its the best

  9. ROWS! A farm near me had many crows, to many of the *******. So i got myself down to a little gun shop in Aberaeron called Aeron Sports to buy a few crow decoys. I bought a crow flock one and a un-flocked rook one. Off back home and got my kit ready and mum dropped me at the farm only 2 mins drive up the road. Got there and the crows were feeding in the field i intended to shoot. they normally fly into the cow shed to feed on the hay and feed in the shed, so i set up to put my 2 new decoys out in the field just in-front of the shed to draw them in. My plan was to use the crows that

  12. ( I THINK) Where it say's caliber put down the caliber the in the next box it will say e.g Rifle Muzzle Loader, write down Rifle Moderated. You will be safe then. But when your FAO comes around, just mention that you want a moderator on it and say also why you would like one.

  14. I was quite nakerd lol, putting the nest out and then picking them up again, what made it worse was the 10Z longnet soaked up all the bloody water which made it heavy. That was a bugger
  15. Did a bit of ferreting today on a new bit of permission about 5 mins down the road. We long-netted the hedges and it was a really good day, 3 hours and 14 rabbits. Really good fun, Heres a few pics.
  16. I had this gun in 20bore, and the way it is cocked is the lever being pushed, this is what cocks the gun. And i have actually had on of the barrels do this, but only once, when i was clay shooting at my fathers. All i can say is, make sure he has cocked the gun, ( Pushed the lever until it will go no more) and then open the shotgun and take out the fired carts.
