  5. There is a big brindle bitch i like but I will watch them grow and wait till they get there charectors........ there is always 1 pup in a litter that catches your eye ....a bitch would suit my kennels at this moment but if theres a dog I like who knows ...
  6. every hole is a goal and its not a down side
  7. You have done the right thing imho and i would not hesitate in having a pup out of this breeding out of two tested working dogs thats the mistake a lot make going back to pure greyhounds or non ped whippets imho.Good luck with the pups. terrier lads have been doing it for years with thier stock..it makes perfect sense to keep the line close .. good luck Moo..please keep posting some pics of this little as they grow a bit..I like that little tiger brindle un .. You are right Vin regarding digging dogs but you can get away with deformaties in that type of dog cause even a flat foo
  8. You can track them down with a chip .....your sharper than I gave you credit for ....if you move a dog on you fill in the change of ownership and address form by post or www so its your mates fault for not doing so ...as for being up to no good if things got hot I would not sneak away and abandon my dog ...i would stay and go toe to toe and so would would the lads that are getting pups from me so thats the differance between me and you
  9. so why do you think chipping your dog is not a good idea john ?
  10. How do you know I could of put they pups in my kennels ? and why is micro chipping not the brightest idea? and what makes you think that shed is from B&Q?
  11. I have built this for haveing the pups in .....so by the time the foond was done and the truss was the wrong size so had to get a joiner to build and fit a new truss on a sunday that takes it up to a kick off the arse of 2 grand I have had the bitch in my yard for nearly 3 months ...the pups were born in Nov so will need a heat lamp so food ,electricity, worming ,micro chipping ...it will all add up but I wont ask for a penny for these pups cause as ive said I and others will have pups on the ground ....pups that we will hopefully turn out decent ....boyo if you can t see why the standard
  12. Gun dog men can think what the fuk they like they are as bad as the kc show breeders all they see is pound signs 4 5 6 7 hundred quid for lab spaniels and pointers they are robbing b*****ds imo the minute money comes into pups then you are breeding for the wrong reasons ...the litter I have just bred all the pups will go for free and I can guarentee this litter will cost me a few grand but me and a few other lads will have pups on the ground....I have no problem with lads selling pups but the big money some ask for is robbery .....If pus were given away or sold for no profit there would be l
  13. Sorry WILF they are all spoken for ...I should make a tidy sum of these just in time for xmas
  14. Without a doubt I was taking the michael ...i woulld say charlie is one of the easiest .....its if the lurchers wants to catch it
  15. Theres another way of looking at it sweetcheeks if you have plenty of ground ,gear and time then more than 1 lurcher is needed cause if you are working them hard then they will get knocked up .
  16. If the truth be knowen Asha I have seen a lot of bitches working and not seen one that I would want a pup out of but im a fussy b*****d ........ and the reason I asked why use a pure grey is I wouldnt use a dog to breed from that hasnt been tested in the field not on the track as imo there is a huge huge differance as i cant honestly see what a track greyhound brings to the mix apart from speed...... me and the lads that will be getting pups just dont want a dog that does what the owners ask we want that little bit extra and hopefully a few turnout that way ...like I said time will tell
  17. Yes CP the dam and sire are full litter brother and sister ....this breeding was not taken lightly and a lot of thought went into it and the objective as with any in breeding is to replicate both parents and both are deffinately worth breeding from and we felt that the grand parents to these pups my old bitch Sal and PTBs dog Trigger (once again very good and tested dogs in there day ) were far enough apart breed wise Sal dhx and Trigger saluki type that even being a brother and sister mateing that is not very close a breeding . These pups were all spoken for before the breeding happened and
  18. These will be too much dogs for you WILF but £800 seing its a dog and I will think about it . They are brother and sister mateing 3/8 deerhound Asha
