    I keep it in the van, I'll get a picture of it tomorrow but its out of the local chemist, widely available and the same type that Chid put up a photo of, takes a bit of moving about till you find where it works best. The massage gun that luke just mentioned have good results as well but never worked for me but have for friends.

    Have had tennis elbow on and off for 20 years, joiner by trade and swinging a 20oz eastwing all day was the cause and the only thing that gives me any relief is the arm band, strange thing about tennis elbow for me is I could of been suffering for months and just get up one morning and it's gone.
