It was the first time for this Country Fair, we headed off at 8.30 met up with a few friends and had a great time, the weather was not bad, sunny in between showers, had my wellies off and on all day The racing as usual was great fun especially watching the Deerhounds race, really enjoyed that, big dogs galloping up the track the racing track was at the end of the golf course and the show rings were on the golf course so it was nice smooth ground, there was a good turn out of people and dogs..

The best out of about 200 , the buggers wouldnt keep still & the camera's crap on sports mode I would believe it, its very hard to take pics of ferrets, the ones you got are very good

Charity Lurcher, Whippet & Terrier Show Sat 4th July 2009 Racing will be starting at 12 o,clock.. Movilla Road Newtownards, Co Down BT23 8WN Ferret racing also..Refreshments can be bought at the field, sandwiches, minerals etc.. Really looking forward to this one -

Dessie Macken asked me to put his next show up on K9, it's on SATURDAY 18th JULY the money will go to Terry Turkington who is going to Africa to do charity work..good on you Terry the schedule is as follows: Simulated coursing to start at 12.00 pm Showing at 2.00pm with straight racing to follow.. Some great Trophies on offer.. he hopes to get the same field he had for his last show held back in April, Scarva Road, Banbridge... The last show had a great turnout and it was a scorcher

Racing is on Satuday and the Showing is on Sunday, the Lurcher ones can also get a 2 day ticket for the price of one by getting intouch with Albert Titterington, lets hope its a bit dryer than last year Can give you Alberts address if you want
