    Hi all, I have recently left college with National Diploma Countryside Managment, I have looked into it alot and decided i would like to train to do pest control.. I am 19 and so this is not just a young boys dream, I would like to get going asap, Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction e.g Were to train to achive certificates ect. Basicaly the first steps to achieving the goal to become a qualified pest control technician. Any advice would be appriciated, Atb John

    Im 19 and i just got sum work experience on a large crop farm on my doorstep, asked him once and he told me to bring my licience, so i did and then he gave me written permission to shoot woodys and crows on every field he owns!, he said its due to him havin a major problem with them hammering certian crops, But i would get some weekend/evening work on a farm in return for the shooting? atb John

    Got myself a whippet and i have been looking for the right lamp ? Theres so many to choose from its hard . I whant a lamp thats not too big but at the same time powerfull enough to scan a field properly ? I will be on foot so needs to be lightweight and prefebly with a battery pack ??     Hi all I have been looking into geting a whippet pup for some time. Just wondering if anyone could help ? Where to start looking for a good pup prefrebly from a working line around the midlands area? What time of year do breeders usually sell pups ? And Would a bitch be the best ? I have lots of mates with working dogs a few of wich or whippets and have been out with them and they have told me a alot but just asking for your opinions and maby some help into were too start looking ?? Would love a "blue" whippet but obvs cannot be too picky ?? Thanks Please reply John

    Hi im 17 years old. Do a bit of pigeon shooting with a man who does pest controll when he rings me up. Just wondering if you rekon i could get permission at the age of 17 to go out.     Yeye thankis for that everyone.. after setting my snares higher checked this morning and there he was... a rabbit inbetween the trees that the beat went through.. Cheers will keep updated of anymore that are caught..
