  1. We are currently digging out the hill that is our garden so we can expand the ferret runs With 2 big dogs it was inevitable the kitchen was gonna get a bit muddy...... BUT we reckoned without the 'help' of our GSD bitch Kessy...... lol she had a lovely time playing in all the skank as you can see the Rotty pup was equally manky, but hid it well coz of his colouring

  3. Thanks for the answer cunninghamb... sadly I have already tried this, 400 clicks from right to left, backed it off 200 and its way off still. wound right the way out to the right its still off 4 dots..... I fear I may be forking out for another scope
  4. sadness, unfortunately my beloved bangstick was knocked over by a clumsy asshat. Apart from a little dink or 2 to the stock it's not screwed..... However, the scope took a dink too, and sadly even with the windage turret out to the stops it shoots 4 mildots left of true at 20yards Is this the end for my scope ??? ... or is there anyway of rectifying the error [apart from dropping it onto the other side and seeing if that knocks the reticle back LOL]
  5. Woodies can spot the little white blob of your face at HALF A MILE!! make damn sure u use a facenet or slap on cam cream if yer that way inclined... same goes for any exposed skin like hands. as ghillie says, buckets of cam and Verrrrry slow n sneeky. Best way to nail woodies in my opinion is with a good hide and a few well placed decoys.
  6. My permission is much the same...... bugger all cover at all, with the bunnies in a hedgeline bordering someone else's land. I find the only way to close to 30 yards in approach low and quietly to about 60-70 yards, then slowly crawl prone to 30-35 yards. Its tedious and a good way to get grubby, but taking time and effort this way will get you unnoticed into a position to shoot. As everyone else has said flatheads are ok for ganking woodies at close range but for accuracy and takedown use a quality domed pellet [i feed my HW90k AA diablo field] You should be trying to hit the head in line
  7. Heres a few links that might help out a bit http://www.gun-shots.net/make-silencer.shtml http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suppressor http://www.gunslot.com/blog/how-make-gun-s...ls-self-defense http://www.geocities.com/austin_316_07/silencer.html
  8. Cack The skirts either rip off or get damaged easily and make the accuracy suck. The hardened tips mangle the lands of the rifling in a relatively short amount of rounds, meaning that any pellet fired afterwards..... even quality stuff like AA diablo field etc, will be inaccurate and unpredictable not to mention its expensive as feck

Bit of drizzle in rugby this mornin, might settle down or it might piss down
  10. Awesome stuff.... No way can you beat proper cider made like that
  11. The weasely little tw*t used to play for the short timers.... little asshat spent more time wiping off hits than playing..... till me and one of our guys snuck up on him and blew the little cheater to shit
  12. Excellent looking job. Remember if you are doing a camo pattern, always use the lightest colour first, then work up to the darker ones.

I think Staffman means if you click on SEXY to the left of the video .... I have to a agree with him Jasper OH MY !!! I had no idea there was 'smut' available on that site. Hehehe

  15. Good on ya for takin the ferrets on. I couldn't agree more with everyone else people like that are a fookin menace, rscpa on thier doorstep wouldn't go amiss. The girlfriend and I have 60 ferrets at the moment, mainly from rescuing them from assholes that need lockin in a shitfilled cage and being treated like crap for a few months themselves. Few things make me genuinely angry.... this is two of em
  16. Avast AV pinged all three of the files I listed in my post. Good to see the guy has gone to effort to investigate and fix it tho. I'll donate a bit to the program once i get a little cash thro Looking at the left hand virus warning... it's possible a 3rd party site is injecting the virus....

  18. Lovely Idea..... right up to the point their website tried to install an adware generator Trojan to my PC and set off all my antivirus !!! MDRF setup contains this piece of software --->> Win32:Adware-gen [Adw] This little puppy generates popup adverts on your system, also it is capable of stealthing itself and reinstalling.... in short its a fecking pain in the arse to remove once you have it. CHAIRGUN 2 is NOT infected only MDRF setup.exe --- both pellet database files are clean too. Just make sure you DONT download the MDRF setup guys EDIT -- GR
  19. Yep, you can get rangefinding scopes for air rifles.... they cost a fortune At air rifle ranges, 20-40 yards, there's not really any need for one. A little practice and a few tricks and you should have no problems judging distance to the target. Silhouettes - cut out a few life size bunny shapes from cardboard or thin ply.... pace out 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 yards and get used to how big they look at those ranges. You can use the same trick with bird sized ones, or decoys etc. Ranging pegs - get some wood [i use hazel about and inch or so thick] make pegs with it, long enough to pu
  20. If you can't avoid havin to get physical with these clowns Firstly - Confidence lots of it... even if you dont feel that confident... the second they think you aren't committed it's gonna start goin wrong. Secondly - Aggression and commitment. once its obvious theres going to be a row.... go 110% and stay there till the business if finished... there is no half measures... they want it.... you give it to em, then some more and a side order too just to make sure they understand you aint having it from them. Thirdly - eyes, throat, solar plexus [belly], bollocks, knees, shins, inst
  21. I agree completely Matt, theres a bit of an art to mixing the 2. I love soaking apricots in dark rum and using them with a beef roast sometimes. A friends of mine once cooked a slow roasted venison joint with sloes and a little dark brown sugar once which was excellent. Hehehe.... I'm infamous for throwing open all the cupboards, the fridge and freezer at peoples houses when I've been asked to cook and just wingin it from there
  22. Happy huntin next time out matey

The bottle is 21 yr old Chivas Royal salute http://www.drinksdirect.co.uk/acatalog/Roy...tch_Whisky.html Product Description Royal Salute was launched on 2nd June 1953, as a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on her Coronation Day by the house of Chivas Brothers.
