Hi know who ur on about and in my view the chessie should never have been bought for him he should have stuck with his labs Anyway he is doing the chesie no favours at all by keeping them seperate he will only make the problem worse. Back to Basic Obedience and who the master is in the house the black lab has pissed the chessie of in some way probably over food or pestering her when she was in season ! You know our 2 chessies and they will get along with any dog {until there is something been shot and god help any thing/one who comes near it/them}. My chessie plays with all the dogs that c

I probably bout same age as you dad and things change JOIN a club {very cheap} be polite ask loads of questions BUT more importanly LISTEN we need young blood in wildfowling but you must be prepared to listen and learn to older experinced fowlers who will give you the time of day if you show them RESPECT. thanks mate and no i dont i bought a shooting dvd and watched it and wanted a shotgun since Well ladoh you asked a question and got a lot of experienced answers but obviously you know better must be nice at 18 to know all about wildfowling from a DVD! I'm a slaughterman to trade but I didn't buy a dvd to show me. I had to earn my ticket from scratch same goes for wildfowling you never stop learning

birchall I think you need to go with some one with experiance for a good few flights before of even thinking that you can just head of on your own , lie of the land , tides, and quarry identification, also i would advise you to join a club as insurance is also another thing to consider, is there somebody that you know that can take you out? it is a fantastic pastime i hope you enjoy it

Wood pidgeons {breasts} Garlic Italian seasoning 2 1/2 tablespoons Sea Salt Fresh ground black pepper 15ml cold water Plain flour Breast out woodies and mince to the mince add all the above apart from the flour leave over night in the fridge Use burger press or hands if using hands dust them with the flour cook and enjoy

Firstly well done If you like it a strong gamey taste hang for a good week if slightly milder 2-3 days if its a cock bird they game be a bit more tougher I cook mine well wrapped in streaky bacon and tin foil Hope you enjoy it it is delicious meat

NEVER hit a pup whilst training there never should be a need to smack a pup why a tap on the nose for toilet training ? Most of the time it is that the owner is either to idle to take the pup out when it wakes up / after play and spend time with the pup in the area that you have picked out for toilet training rather than just put the pup out the back door and say to it get a pee/shit. time and patience is goes a long way Just my opinion.

selvey What do you mean Sunday you are not allowed to shoot wildfowl on a Sunday. Can't shoot wildfowl in scotland on sundays but some parts of england you can thought you would have known that being a wildfowler?
