    I have heard of people modifying the Crosman King Ratcatcher and make them alot more power full and so on. I was wondering if anyone knows what to do to make a difference to the gun and the cheapest way. Thanks Sam.

    My mates just bought one from the game fair 30 quid but its got a the brass release button with a greyhound type collar i was pretty impressed how quick they release.

    Right ok. I was just curious about the make my biggest concern is if some would be able to tell me if then how i could get a scope fitted because its got no scope rail. Many Thanks Sam

    I am 14 nerly 15 and i wanted to do an interesting job for work experience. I thought of game keeping, but ive been told it would be very hard to get a chance... I was wondering if you anyone would be able to give advice on what i should ask the estate owner. Also what kind of things would they have in mind for me doing. Thanks.

    Well it depends how experienced and how ofter you are going to use the gun. Pcp are anoying with the refills and i dont see the point like geoff, you can get very powerfull spring rifles like the BSA X tactical, puts out just under the legal limit. Spring rifles are cheaper and i think better value for money.

    Yea its the top gun lol, ive looked on the smk website and it does look simalar but its over 15 years old and still working great. The B-3F has a diffrent stock, diffrent under-lever and my gun doesnt have a scope rail. I've killed more rabbits with that, than the ratcatcher. I could do with a scope fitting tho...

    My uncle gave me this air rifle when he was clearing out his garage, all he told me that he had changed the spring to a very powerfull one. I have searched all over and i have found a gun called a B-3 that looks the same but my uncle has had this gun over 15 years. Also does anyone know if then how i could get a scope rail engraved for a scope. Thanks Sam.

    I know it sounds stupid the Crosman Ratcatcher made for killing rats... But, its light for field work, accurate up to 50-60ft and its quite powerfull for what it is, last its cheap. There are better guns out there but i like the Ratcatcher
