  7. I use warm salty water.Depending on the wound,I wash it or flush it with warm salty water.I pat it dry and then apply sudo creme. Ive tested sudocreme on birds, lizzards, snakes, horses, rodents and dogs over the years. I think its brilliant. Wash 3 times a day and apply sudocreme 3 times a day for 3 days. If the dog can reach the wound I let the dog do a bit of looking after the wound.I will keep an eye on it.If I need to wash and apply cream I do. I like the wound to start to dry out as soon as it can.
  8. Yes there was a few strong dogs in the class he came second in. Personally I probably would have given first to a staff in the group. It was in good condition. He came first in a class of different terriers there was a few dogs in that aswell. He was the only Glenn at the show.So in the strong dog class and the terrier class there was a good few dogs he competed against. Thanks Tassa it was good to see you at the show.Just in from a walk with the beagle, she is doing well. She is only a pup but is improveing steadily.Good man.

  13. Try walking with another dog. I start my pup with getting use to its collar a few mins at a time. After a few days I put a small lenght of rope on the collar and let the pup run around for a few minutes and take it of. For my pups first couple of walks I walk it with my adult dog. I would get one of the kids to walk a little in front of me with the adult dog. The pup normally pulls like mad to catch up with the older dog. Then I let the pup walk beside the older dog to stop it from pulling.

  15. I use Ivomec. I think its great. Its very toxic. I use .1ml per 3.3kg of dogs weight. I have never given it to collie types so cant say anything about that.
  16. Good luck on your hunt for a Glenn pup. Ive had an interesting journey getting the 2 I have. Most people Ive been in touch with over the last couple of years will tell you all you want to hear. The 2 I have I dont know if they will make good or great dogs as its early days.I will let you know in a few years. One thing I do know is they will grab there quarry give a bit of stick and take a bit.I havent done much as next season they will be older and more mature but they both have some positive things I can work with. The elusive hens teeth working strain Glenns. My search for them showed me how
