Do you know the bitch. How the mateing came along was.The bitch was in season and I said to the owner, why dont you put my dog over her. Well a couple of days went by and he rang me and said it would be grand timing before the hunting season starts so why not. He wasnt really into it when I suggested it . There was no big deal if it happened or not. The pups would be placed around us so it was our time we waste or not on them.Hopefully the first cross will work out well enough to be bred back to a patterdale dog to breed some of the Glenn out. I remember seeing footage on you tube a couple of years ago to do with the government cull. They leave them to die slowly in snares and traps.

You are getting confused between Trial dogs and drawing dogs. Geronimo made noise on occasion , but was runner up, Dog of the Year in '71,'72.'73 and dog of the year in '74. You must keep some dogs if he wouldn't meet your standard for a drawing dog? Total silence was a way of separating great dogs on any given day in just 6 minutes, a time quick enough to run through every dog in the competition. That wasnt too hard to do. For those that dont know, now they have a couple of ideas they can try. With some people you would think they where handing over top secret information. Why do some people find it hard to pass on knowledge. I was training dogs with a very knowledgeable fella. Do you think he would tell you anything. Little did he know I was learning so much from the dogs we where working with. I would ask him something and straight onto something else he would go.Atb Ray

its simple if i go out an dig down 4 or 5 foot open the hole shovel in terrier out job done. im not diving in head first when there a lurcher standing there. and i would love to have a camcorder to see anybody sticking there hand down to lift a fox when theres no terrier on it Well I've seen it done many times by lads who know exactly what they're doing and they do it regularly. you will probably laugh, but I find cold teabags great for the dogs eyes.Use the teabags on the dogs eyes the way you would on your own. Great for getting rid of that green shit.

Thanks, you could say they are half kc. The angle on one of the pics make them look huge. The sire is small for a glenn and so is his sire and his dam is tiny. Hoping the glenn doesnt put too much size into them.We will just have to wait and see. Are they pat/glen or full glen Raymond? The dam of the pups is a patterdale. how old is the bitch tidy looking bitch 7 to 8 years old

Shes a very good bitch. Shes great with the pups. My mate owns the dam, shes a very good digging bitch. I dont think the pups are that big in the flesh. The pictures dont be great and the cameras crap.
