No ban in England currently mate. BASC lifted the call for voluntary restraint in England/Wales on 13th December, and there has been nothing said about it since as far as I'm aware. If the cold weather gets any worse for a prolonged period, have a look at BASC.org.uk for the latest news. Any news re a ban or call for restraint will be on their front page.
