We don't want an easier x. This is the dog we have chosen and we are researching it well. They suit our lifestyle as we do alot of activities with our dogs. But thankyou for the advice.

Thanks for the replies, i think it would be a handy dog to try out and produce some cracking lurchers. We are certainly no 'beginners' in the dog world.

Does anyone own these? What are they like to use for lurcher work? My partner is interested in owning one and we have done alot of researching on the net and they look like they could be handy. Any info would be appreciated. c/g junior

Thanks for all the great replies! It's dried up now, till the next rainfall lol. SOUNDER... less of the RAT!!! She's cute, rats are not. POACHER.... not all of them work i.e the borzoi and the greyhound, the black bitch is only a pup and will be starting this season. Theres 4 adults in my house each of us owning a couple of lurchers, so they all get a fair amount of work. WAG.... the tea cosy seems to be a popular thing with the lads at the mo.........maybe a boat would have been a better idea!!!
