  1. Here you go Sabi heres Spook! She is a beauty and very cute. Im not sure why you couldn't get the pics up, but i have uploaded them in photobucket just fine.
  2. Nice strong healthy looking monsters you have there.
  3. The pic makes it look alot worse, but it's still a crap job, shes going down on saturday for a check up with my original vet. It's not bothering her at all though. Shes on antibiotics.
  4. The hills have eyes (nearly shite myself in daylight watching this!) Pirates of the carribean, dead mans chest (still in cinemas).
  5. As already stated she is still a baby, give her more time to mature abit, she will soon show you when shes ready. Theres no rush.
  6. My lurchers work single handed most of the time. Alot of dogs will fight over quarry or run into ach other when ran together on quarry. Most lurchers when trained properly will retrieve their quarry alive back to you. Obviously not the bigger game. Most lurchers/longdogs should have a good working life til 7 or 8, sometimes older. If they are entered too young then their working life will be alot shorter.
  7. I'd use a whippet or a whippet/greyhound.
  8. My lurcher bitch was spayed 11 days ago, she had her stitches out yesterday, i was wondering wether the vets cocked up on it, it was a locum vet that did it as my usual vet was on holiday and hes the only one that i really trust with my dogs. The nurse said that she had had an alergic reaction to the stiching material. Some of the wound is still slightly open and it has been oozing a little blood. Has anyone seen a spay wound like it before? My other bitch was spayed 4 years ago when she had a c section and hers was fine.
  9. Well he certainly looks a happy chap, good luck with him. That last pic makes him look like a borzoi cross! :11:
  10. That's mega expensive fella i pay £5.05 per a milbemax worming tablet and £30.00 for 3 frontline pippets that last for six months.

    My set up

That's a good set up, looks really clean and tidy.
  12. They're gonna be big strong lurchers fella.
  13. Here they are, double the size they were when born.
  14. Ahh bless them, my dogs hate cats and they have nearly killed one.
  15. I keep mine fit all year round, they go to shows and race in summer, so they have to stay fit. In this heat we takethem out at about 6 in the morning or 9-10 in the evening.
  16. Very nice pup fella, shes a stunner. What percentage of cllie/grey is she 3/4?
  17. That was a great video, what a brilliant greyhound, so sad when that happens.
  18. I couldn't bring myself to do that to the pups. What if i cut too far or something!
  19. To my complete surprise my bitch has just given birth to another bitch pup! That's 5 hours after the last and i honestly thought she had finished! :11:
  20. My vets won't do it and i don't know how. Thanks for the great comment. I've never had trouble with dew claws and my lurchers and pups only have small ones, if you keep them nice and short, they shouldn't be a problem. I would remove them if i could.
  21. Well i was up all night, without any problems this time! First pup born at 11.20pm and last 7.45 this morning! All are doing well and are beautiful. These are the 3 bitches that are staying at the moment, this could change. 5 bitches altogether. The other 2. The dogs 4 altogether. Altogether.
