-
No point breeding unwanted kits..... Exactly
-
Ive had my hob castrated and get my Jills jabbed works fine, that seems to be the safest option for you buddy thats what i have done anyway with no problems at all and as you say your little one can keep her fert. ATB ASHLEY
-
Had my Jills done a few times with no ill effects the only one im aware of is small lumps at the injection site but i have never seen this with any of my own or any others i have seen, well done for looking in to it.
-
Or to lazy to find a v hob or to tight to get a jill jab simple as that.
-
Surley you should have looked into this before you bred a litter of kitts? The answer i believe is roughly 6 weeks
-
Jill coming into season - when to get the jill jab
TIGGER9 replied to fragle's topic in Ferrets & Ferreting
had mine done when she was a little swolen the vet said that was a good time and not to wait until she was really swolen plus by that time it could be to late this was only from the vet other people may disagree with her. -
i might be wrong, but i would say that this forum could be classed as research, who better to ask than the ones who have kept and worked ferrets
-
Check your local rescue i just got two cracking jills for next to nothing worth a phone call hey

As has been said be very carefull in the summer months as meat can very quickly go off and attract a lot of flies which in turn will bring maggots etc
