how much time a week is needed to fly and hunt with a male harris hawk.is it every day. thanks

Hi, i have been interested in hawks for many years and i am now thinking of buying a male harris hawk, can you please advise me of the amount of time that is needed each day for flying the bird as i am in full time employment (although i do work shifts) i have permission to fly over 8 acres of lands where there is adequate quarry but can only get there for aprox 5 hours a week but have access to fields with no quarry .
