  1. not possible now as her children have gone back 2 school, it wouldn't b fair on them 2 move schools again as it has taken them ages 2 settle in and make new friends.
  2. the landlords arguement is that the neighbour has other pets... 7 other cats + rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, fish, parrots, she is a council tenant that is miss busy body who rules the street, so she thinks!!!!
  3. if her tenancy agreement states no dogs thats it, make other arrangements for your dog or risk her losing the house she has permission 4 her to have a dog at the property, the neighbour has victimised her dog since she has been there, encouraging it 2 jump up the fence n then when the dog jumped in her garden as she was warned her it would do, she starts shouting and screaming. but this is another issue....
  4. i have tried talking to the land lord, the lady is not interested, all she says is that my dog is not allowed at the property even if the neighbour makes a retraction which she said she would do but has not done as yet!!! her landlord is a housing association, it feels like they want to be god, judge and jury!
  5. my sauki greyhound caught 1 of my girlfriends neighbours cats in my girlfriends garden, the neighbour had asked me 4 a good will gesture towards the vet bill at the pdsa, which i donated £40. which i thought would be the end of the matter. 14 days after the incident my girlfriend recieved a letter from her landlord stating she had 14 days 2 rehome her greyhound dog because it had caught and shook a cat in its mouth, my girlfriend rang her landlord and explained she was looking after my dog as i was away, their response was that my dog is not allowed at the property what so ever or she
