  1. I mean very young puppies when they still have milky breath!
  2. Freshly laid carpet, horses, and if someone could bottle puppy breath. . . . . they'd be very rich indeed.
  3. yes not my post i was stating this bedi is prob the best ive seen the pics are all i had time to post at the min and it aint my dog read the posts Reading isn't something i struggle with ValleyLad! I was replying to Mickey, who thought the topic starter had posted the pics of the beddi.
  4. I don't think that was his dog, someone else's post.
  5. Thanks, sitting this afternoon watching 4 roe in the field from the kitchen window. . . . . what i should of done was put down the mulled wine and pick up my camera . . . . . . . . . ho hum there's always tomorrow!
  6. Heres a few i've caught over the last couple of seasons. . . . normally when i'm waiting for hounds on the edge of cover, so they are always running in fear past me!
  7. Call me stupid but i'm only seeing pictures of that gorgeous pup of yours. . . . . . . come on Hyp, don't be shy!
  8. For someone who is just "messin" with his camera, you've got some cracking shots. Well done!
  9. Looking past the holes in your ears, i wouldn't say your ugly. . . . . although i was looking at he puppy in the pictures more than you! Post a portrait shot up and let us decide!?
  10. Exactly Kay. . . . .. take the pup home the owner has to come too!! It's a no brainer Hyp!
  11. Thats what i meant, surely he's a great attraction for girls??!! I'd be straight over if i saw you out walking him!
  12. Oh my god i love him even more now!!!!!!!! With a puppy looking like that, you should never go short of love!!
  13. I love your puppy though!! Hows Blaine doing by the way?! xxxx (so you feel loved!)
  14. Told you i've heard it's good stuff!!! Sod the bunnies, she'll keep you in pheasants!
  15. Stranger things have happened!! It is expensive but by all accounts it's great stuff. Mine are all fed raw, but i think the principles behind it is the BARF diet just in a kibble. Basically excluding grain from the diet. Obviously the dogs won't get the benefits of the fresh bones as they would with BARF, but for people who prefer a kibble i think it's a close second. Proof is in the pudding so as they say!!!
  16. Stick Orijin into google and once you get into their sight, it has a link to find your local stockists who deliver. Burns and Wellbeloved are widely avaliable from pet shops, i think Hyperdrug do it mail order as well.
  17. Burns or James Wellbeloved are good foods. There is also a Canadian food new to the Uk called Orijen, it has no grain in it just 70% meat 30% fruit and veg. I've never fed it but heard great stuff from people who have. All these are at the top of the price scale but in my opinion you get what you pay for.
  18. I had so much fun and now have the bug! I also want to get some more action shots so will give you a call when i move back to suffolk at the end of Jan. Would love to let my pup have a slip, and i was really grateful that you guys were knowledgeable enough to show me and him the ropes safely. I'll call you soon. Have a great new year.xx
  19. A few pics from sundays ferreting. And finally, Rex the puppy bored with the lack of action, attempting to get the ferrets to play!!
  20. Having never been out with lurchers before and i had a great time out with Whin and few other members from here, learnt an awful lot and was made to feel very welcome. It was very reassuring as a complete beginner to have all my "stupid" questions answered and not be made to feel like an idiot!! My pup was really keen and hopefully i'll get the chance to start him properly now. I've got some pictures from sundays ferreting, will put them up as soon as i have a spare minute.
  21. It's basic puppy training. Remove objects that you don't want chewed and allow adequate chewing material whilst the pup is teething, frozen raw butchers bones are good. Discipline is often not needed if the correct environment and stimulation, both mental and physical are provided.
  22. I wasn't meaning this photo in particular, just saying that in general it is a technique which makes some photos amazing, and some photos awful! The more you do it the more you'll see what i mean.
  23. Well done! I love this technique but it can completely ruin a photo if it's not the right image. looking good though.
