    tullylish annual show, sat 2nd of august, to be held in lawrencetown, co down. the day starts with simulated coursing for whippets and lurchers, followed by showing for terriers, lurchers, whippets and strong dogs, there will be a separate ring on the day for bullcross lurchers. weight pulling and straight racing will follow the showing. the N, IRELAND CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS will be held on this day, all champions and reserve champions from northern shows automatically qualify for this championship. sign posted from Gilford and banbridge, any queries contact john 07519216378, club sec

    billy is alive and well folks, this championship is just a bit of recognition for his dedication to breeding lurchers, " collie,whippet,greyhounds. I have been lucky to have owned a couple of billy,s lurchers over the years, and they were first class allrounders. any winners of collie type lurchers from now to august, north or south will be able to enter on the day, we will do our best to have a really good prize for the winner, thanks, john

    John, thanks very much to yourself and everyone involved in making yesterday's show to be a cracking day out for me, Leah and the dogs. It was a great show and the racing and showing ran perfectly. I was absolutely chuffed to pick up the Northern Ireland Champion of Champions trophy for Bear the whippet. It's a huge honour to be given this trophy. Bear won the straight whippet racing too, and received a fantastic prize shield, and came second in the simulated whippet race too. Both prizes will be well looked after until next year. Thanks a million Tullyish Working Terrier Club! Dave
