  1. Don't no if it's the best but I use a SAK on mine and its very good. FC
  2. Ok, GSG 5 will fire subs, I only fire sub's in mine. York Guns now do a mod for them which makes them as quiet as any other .22lr. On the range at 25m they are very good, great fun, pull the trigger as fast as you like, and on mine no jams. There is no reason why you could not use one for rabbit at normal .22lr ranges, ie out to 80m. I would think before taking the gun out if the public could see it, you could end up with the police on the land, it does look a bit mean. I have my own land, so for me it's not an issue. PS I'm not an SAS wannabe, but I was in the Cubs.
  3. You see a lot of dead foxes at the side of the road FC
  4. Your alternator has burnt out the regulator pack which is now shorting the wire which lights up your ignition lamp. The vehicle will need a new alternator, and most likley a new battery. If you take a start battery below 10volts it will not fully recharge. Regards, FC.
  5. I think these people have mental health issues FC
  6. This will open the age old argument. .17hmr I use mine for fox, yes it's on my ticket for fox. I have no problem at 100m, all my shots are taken resting on a fence post. I have shot plenty of foxes at this range and never had a crawler all clean kill one shot. For rabbit it's perfect at 100m. I think the issue is can you place the shot. If you can't don't shoot, but thats the same for any gun. FC.
  7. I think it's because they are sitting behind a computer and have no chance of being challenged. For example, I can soot this at xxx yards, if they were in the field you would ask them to show you !. But they know there is no chance of that. And of course some folk will start an argument just for the sake if it. FC.
  8. Don't think thats a Pelham. I think its a Curb reversable bit. The bit is for 2 sets of reins, one top one bottom, or one set joined by roundings. The bit is used for horses that are hard to stop. If the horse is very hard to stop you change the bit around so the rough side is at the back of the mouth, bit like a liverpool bit. FC.
  9. Well, I go out most weekends in Realtree jacket jeans and dealer boots, and me dog on a bit of bailer twine. Bovered am I bovered, if you could see my face it ain't bovered.............You calling me a p***y FC
  10. Going for the first time this year. Will be going with some lads down here in Kent. FC
