Good to see you haven't written it off as a bad job and I can agree about some people not travelling but the way the last one was organised made it tricky.Yes there are people who aren't doing everything they can. Yes there are people who are out to try and make money but the majority of us, who are in this for life, need to focus on the task at hand. Use a good quality round head pellet. Accupells. Field and Target Trophies. Air Arms Fields... etc. If you're Bisley pellets are working okay through the R7 then stick with them.

Yeah but you're quoting a section about forfeiture orders. If you're convicted and the the judge thinks your kit needs to be confiscated he can base his ruling on the state of the dog (i.e whether he believes it's in the dogs interests to be removed form your care), articles (i.e locators, spades, slip leads, ANY hunting paraphenalia), and vehicles. Disqualifications are probably for driving offences trying to evade the police. Possibly existing convictions (driving without insurance, already banned etc etc) They have the power to seize the vehicles but the law doesn't stipulate anything about driving convictions. I woke up in the night sound of the rain hammering the window. It was coming down really heavy and I could hear it bouncing off the roof and running down the drain. Them Chinese rifles are shite. If you've got one that can do more than 7ft/lbs, after you've poured WD-40 down the barrel, you've got a rare one indeed. An ideal beginner's rifle is a Webley Xocet. Cheapest in at 12 ft/lbs... you should be using a full powered rifle for hunting if you want to be quick and humane. If not you better re-think why and stick to tin cans until you come to your senses. New they cost around the £130-£140 mark but you can pick up a 2nd hand one for a fraction of that price. They're on a par but I'm biased towards the Air Arms S410. The E model has all the shootability of the standard 410 but with the extra wallop. Personally I'm not keen on Daystates but that's just my personal opinion.
