Going back to your Hawking analogy I would agree that the quality of a certain star should be appreciated and should appeal to masses. The alternative would be mass extinction. But I'm not sure how it's relevant to a multi-billion dollar private corporation. Pick your event and your actor. I still don't understand why we have to appreciate the effort and the glory of it. Surely it's entirely subjective?

Agreed. But you posted it up and said we had to appreciate his achievements. I'm curious as to why. You made the statement so I asked the question. I figured this was a 21 page thread and seeing as you're trolling I wanted in too!

I'm indifferent to Hamilton personally but why do I have to appreciate his sporting achievements? It's a world I have no concept of.

I understand that lockdowns work for their intended purposes. I also understand that the knock on effects will not be realised until well into the future, and could be far far worse than the problem they were initially implemented to alleviate. I believe that most of this could have been circumvented by an informed majority exercising some individual responsibility but lack of stability all the way to the top level has prevented that. An authoritarian lockdown order has no place in my view of the world. No one should be allowed that power. They're elected to govern. Not rule. To keep us o

Agreed but America was never envisioned as being run by parties. The founders feared that. The duopoly has only been able to exist because of the apathy of the electorate, IMHO. The same nation that went to war of a 3% voluntary tax on tea that now pays through the nose while taking it in the arse. Like many on here I stick it my values. I am libertarian and I vote based on those that most closely align with my world-view, as do most. I have not, and never will, vote tactically based on the wasted vote fallacy. I could not in good faith vote for a candidate that wishes to erode constituti

I understand that, mate, but Biden and Co threaten the very constitutional rights and foundation of liberty in this country. I don't want either to of us to lose out. It's not me versus you it's us versus them. This is why I've repeatedly posted to the point that we cannot in good faith support this duopoly. This election result does not give Biden much to work with in your regard and this is why I'm explaining why it's America's duty not to take their eye off the ball for 2022 and again into 2024. I can't unfortunately, but I was referring to the option circulating in the authoritaria

Mate that is one of the top posts on this thread. IMHO. The system supports the system, exclusively, and Don rocked that entire foundation. I wish they'd learn that but I reckon they're more concerned with shoring up the establishment than conceding that Joe Public is sick to f*ck*ng death of them. We pay for these people to govern our affairs not to rule over us with their granted authority.

I agree with your post, mate, but this quote I'd like to comment on, if I may? I don't believe that Trump reckons he lost. He believes it was taken from him by conspiracy. He's never wrong and is trying to process why America might turn against him. I do believe he could run again in 2024 but that would hinge entirely on his financial backers and not on his concept of losing. I don't believe he's aware of that concept.

To your first point. They've all being throwing shit for several decades and as an American voter I honestly feel qualified to say that we're sick of both them. This bullshit has to stop whether we support either side, or neither if you're me! To the second. If Trump actually tried to appoint a system that would usurp the democratic process would you still have any respect for him at all? That's would be a real authoritarian dictator move right there. When Don was elected in 2016 he had the house, the senate, and the presidency. He squandered it. Did absolutely nothing with all o

These celebrities that have opinions on many issues, doesn't necessarily make the experts. Like all of us they get wound up at something and use their platform to comment on the hot topic of the day. Pretty much like we do on here only we don't have the international audience. I don't mind honestly. If they're successful at what they do, good on them, but when it comes to anything else it can become that tiring noise I'm fond of mentioning these days. I always thought that's why tellys, phones, and computers always had a mute function.
-
You reckon mate? Looking at the tightening of the house and senate, which has defied the 'blue wave' prediction, I'd go with the indication that America has voted to rebuke progressive socialist policies in the US. Socialism has been the under reported loser in this election cycle. Good!

It was more aimed at the posts before you joined back in for the Election Night Special. It goes back a few pages. If you've got more years in than you have left, skip it. You won't regret it.

That's a fair comment, mate. I can only comment on what I've seen locally, which is where I stepped in. To be fair you're picking media accounts that are parroting the Trump narrative and they're being splattered across the internet as evidence of fraud. Don's telegraphed his disdain for unfavourable election results since he threw his hat into the ring back in 2015 and his base have been pushing anything that disagrees with them as fake news since day one. This is that escalation coming to fruition. He was calling this election fraudulent before the polls even opened. Telling his base no

I don't think it matters to them what sane people think. The system is only interested in protecting the system. A few billion $ here and there ensure that a sane person won't even get a platform. If you own the stadium and you only let two people get all of the spotlight, those tuning in could be forgiven for thinking there's only two horses in the race. Their own pollsters are trying to get the best info on which horse is the most palatable with the fans. They'll take someone who's broadly popular over someone that's a hit with one demographic but scores poorly with others. Bernie is a

It could be. AG Barr has already authorised it. DOJ have the means, the resources should the need arise. Trump is still the president and has the entire federal LE departments at his disposal. The problem is the evidence which doesn't seem to be filed along with the lawsuits. They're getting tossed out, repeatedly. Either there is a massive conspiracy involving hundreds of thousands of people from volunteer election workers, all the way up to senior Trump administration officials, or they're simply throwing sh*t to see if any of it will stick. Which is it? Look at the Biden laptop controv

I'm having a small wager that once he's finally done he'll end up getting sued by his lawyers for not paying them. He's got form for that. In other news there's now an allegation that the USPS whistleblower had his election affidavit written by Project Veritas. They've admitted their input and advice...
-
(Can't add a like!) Mate. I'd vote for you over these two imbeciles!
-
Yep! And now the senate run off race in Georgia will decide who controls the senate... Now we're into the New Year! I'll give him this... Don is the King of reality TV!
-
They're counting it by hand. It has to be completed by November 20th. Up to 9 days for the "real" result!
-
Considering that the Whistleblower Protection Act has been on the statute since 1989 I'd have thought that this lad would have gone straight to the Trump administration with such a landmark allegation. If he was legit he'd have been given protection by the top man in the country. The catalyst for that kind of lawsuit would surely be the star witness to electoral fraud? Why would you recant your statement and then conduct an interview on Project Veritas? Noise indeed...
-
Agreed mate but that would have killed this thread in 2017 because that's all anyone has posted on it. He's been pretty instrumental in the Trump teams currently baseless claims of widespread fraud so it's absolutely relevant seeing just how many cases the Trump lawyers are actually filing. Everything posted recently is still unsubstantiated noise, but still it persists? Agreed but this was a catalyst for an expensive lawsuit that is now bunk based on the official withdrawal of his sworn affidavit. Trump's bluster is going to be incredibly expensive at this rate. Again I agree.

Hard to say based off a screenshot of a graph that we have no way of verifying it's authenticity. Based on actual neighbors I have, here in the US, who have voted in this election I honestly don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility. All are either Republican or Libertarian leaning voters with a dislike for Trump but a bigger dislike for Biden. City, County, and State opinions vary considerably. Even here in Trump country. Trump got 58% for the win but the governor (Cox) was elected with 64.6% margin. Salt Lake City is 300 miles away and leans left. Every other county leans right.

It's entirely possible but looking at the all the footage going up on here with him going full circle he's either made up the allegation, or the deep state is coercing him into recanting his allegation. The former has been officially withdrawn and the latter will need a metric shit ton more evidence than something some bloke on the internet posted on YouTube. Unless someone has any actual evidence it now looks like an official complaint was made and then retracted. Cue more noise.

Out of likes so have a I C&P'd the text. If I missed anything feel free to correct!
